Terms and Conditions

(applicable to food orders from Crudo resto OÜ – dine-in, takeaway, and delivery)

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all food products offered by Crudo resto OÜ,
including pizza and other dishes, when ordered via:

  • the Crudo resto OÜ website (e.g. crudo.ee),
  • pre-orders for takeaway,
  • delivery to home or office.

The website is operated by Crudo resto OÜ

Registry code: 11416755

Address: Merirahu tn 22, Haabersti district, 13516 Tallinn, Harju County

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
In-restaurant purchases (dine-in or over-the-counter purchases) are also governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia
and by these Terms to the extent applicable.

2. Placing an Order

Customers may place orders through the following channels:

  • via the website by selecting items from the menu,
  • in person by pre-ordering takeaway or scheduling a pickup time,
  • by ordering delivery to a home or office address according to available delivery options.

To place an order, the customer must:

  • choose the desired products,
  • enter the required contact and delivery details (if applicable),
  • confirm the order and select a payment method.

After submitting the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation (for online orders).
Crudo resto OÜ reserves the right to decline an order if information is incomplete, payment has not been received,
or if products cannot be prepared due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. ingredients out of stock).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices may differ between sales channels (in-house menu, website, delivery platforms).

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • card payments on-site,
  • cash payments on-site (if available),
  • card payments via courier (if provided),
  • bank transfer or prepayment (by agreement),
  • online payment methods (payment gateways, bank links, card payments).

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received or approved
(e.g. cash or card payment at the moment of pickup or delivery).

Payments may be processed by an authorized payment service provider,
but the seller and service provider is always Crudo resto OÜ.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Crudo resto OÜ delivers orders within Tallinn and surrounding areas, according to the delivery options presented
on the website and/or menu.

Customers can typically choose between:

  • dine-in at the restaurant,
  • takeaway with personal pickup,
  • delivery (via Crudo resto OÜ courier or partners).

Delivery time depends on the nature of the order, the selected time window,
workload, and possible special conditions (e.g. large pizza orders for events).

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect or incomplete address information,
missing contact details, or customer unavailability may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
In such cases, the payment is not refundable due to the perishable nature of food products.

For takeaway, food will be held for a reasonable period. If the customer does not pick up the order
within the agreed time, the payment is not refundable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Products sold by Crudo resto OÜ (including pizza and other dishes) are perishable goods.
Therefore, the 14-day withdrawal right under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act does not apply.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if:

  • the product arrives damaged,
  • the product has significant defects (e.g. wrong item, missing items).

In such cases, the customer must contact customer support immediately,
no later than 12 hours after receiving the order, providing a description and photos where possible.

6. Liability

Crudo resto OÜ is not liable for:

  • inaccurate information provided by the customer,
  • failed delivery due to customer fault (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.),
  • the quality of the products after handover if they have been stored or consumed improperly.

The liability of Crudo resto OÜ is limited to the value of the order, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the crudo.ee website.

8. Changes to the Terms

Crudo resto OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the competent court.
